As a Mechanical Design Engineer at OneSpan, I worked within
the Hardware Security Solutions team, contributing to the design
and validation of products like the FX1, FX2, and FX7 authentication devices; consumer-facing hardware built to secure digital identity for organizations worldwide.
My work spanned the full product development cycle: combining plastic and electronic components for mass production, building and testing prototypes, and developing dedicated test fixtures for mechanical and environmental validation.
Given the security-critical nature of the hardware, much of the technical detail behind these products,
is confidential.
