The Engineering Network

Product Design and Engineering Consultancy | 2013 - 2016

The Engineering Network (TEN) was an engineering agency consisting of six divisions.
I was the first and, for a significant period, the sole industrial product designer within the then-new "Industrial Design" division. Over the span of three years, I had the opportunity to work on a diverse array of projects. The standout projects include a personalizable smartwatch, developed well before the widespread hype surrounding wearable technology emerged. Additionally, I contributed to the (surface) modeling of the "Aquavent" for a triathlon helmet. Other projects included the design of a modular kitchen made from stainless steel, a handheld tool for professionals full of mechatronics, and a simple yet versatile fencing system where the client requested the typical "good fast and cheap". These projects showcase my abilities within industrial design, mechanical engineering, prototyping, and visual communication. While these projects provide a glimpse into my capabilities, they represent just a fraction of the projects I successfully completed during my tenure at TEN.
